Why Twelve Pleats
Folded every morning
Every momo is folded by hand each morning. The only frozen momos are the packs we make for you to take home.
Veg kept apart
Veg and non-veg are folded on separate tables and steamed in separate baskets.
Chutney made daily
Both chutneys are made fresh every day: timur tomato, and the fiery dalle.

Questions
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver within about 4 km of HSR Layout: HSR Layout, Agara, Koramangala, Madiwala, BTM Layout, Mangammanapalya, Bommanahalli, Somasundarapalya, Haralur and Parangi Palya. Delivery is ₹40, free on orders of ₹600 or more, and the minimum order is ₹250.
How long does an order take?
Pickup is usually ready in about 20 minutes and delivery takes about 40. On Friday to Sunday evenings, allow 10 minutes more.
How do I pay?
By UPI or cash. After you send your order, we reply with a UPI payment link. You can also pay at the counter or when your order arrives.
Can you make it less spicy?
Yes. Choose "Less spicy" when you add a dish, or tell us in the order note.
Do you keep veg and non-veg separate?
Yes. They're folded on separate tables and steamed in separate baskets.
Can I book a table?
For small groups, just walk in. For 6 or more, message us the day and time and we'll keep a table for you.
Do you take party orders?
Yes. Frozen packs of 20 momos need a day's notice: order by 6:00 pm for the next day. For 100 or more momos, message us the date and we'll confirm.
What about allergies?
Each dish lists what it contains. Every momo wrapper contains wheat, and our kitchen also uses dairy, sesame and soy, so we can't promise any dish is completely free of them. Ask us on WhatsApp if you're unsure.
