Who sees it
Our team. Messages go through our WhatsApp Business account, so WhatsApp (Meta) also processes them.
How long we keep it
Order details for up to 12 months, unless the law requires us to keep billing records longer.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of your details or to delete them by sending us a WhatsApp message.
On this website
If you tick "Remember my name and address", they're saved on your phone only, and "Forget my details" on the order page removes them.
